- Thats not my experience here in Australia. For straight 28.8
- the Motorola works OK (not great, misses about 1 in 5 conenctions
- to the same ISP bank of modems). But for other connections
- and fax (and 28.8 without a power cycle after non 28.8) I have
- had no end of problems. I ended up retrieving my lowly little
- 2400/9600 Netcom Pocket Fax/Modem from the bin for faxes!!

- Worst of all Tech support is just non existant here in Aus
- and US tech support just refuses to communicate at all.
- I think if you are in the US things might be better with
- tech support.
