  23. Thats not my experience here in Australia. For straight 28.8
  24. the Motorola works OK (not great, misses about 1 in 5 conenctions
  25. to the same ISP bank of modems). But for other connections
  26. and fax (and 28.8 without a power cycle after non 28.8) I have
  27. had no end of problems.  I ended up retrieving my lowly little
  28. 2400/9600 Netcom Pocket Fax/Modem from the bin for faxes!!

  30. Worst of all Tech support is just non existant here in Aus
  31. and US tech support just refuses to communicate at all.
  32. I think if you are in the US things might be better with 
  33. tech support.
